Hi, I’m Jacki!

I’m a Wisconsinite, born and raised in the Milwaukee area and currently living in Southwest Wisconsin not far from the most popular State Parks we have.

I graduated from a UW school and have worked for great Wisconsin companies. I’m married to my wonderful husband Kyle and we have 2 dogs, no kids yet. That’s a subject for an entirely different blog!

Outside of blogging and camping I love cooking and baking. I’m a novice gardener and sewer. I have a small vegetable garden and a hanging herb garden in my dining room, but I am learning, I do not have a green thumb. You can also read of my sewing adventures reupholstering my camper cushions. Let’s just say, I’ll be ordering more fabric to remake them…

I’m also a huge Milwaukee Brewers fan and I bleed green and gold. We watch most Brewers and Packer games and try to get to them when we can. It’s nice when we get to follow them too, like to Los Angeles, Dallas, etc.
